To get started, you’ll need to complete an application/request form to start the certification process. This form helps us to understand the scope of company. You can also fill it out online. QCRA GLOBAL will use this info to figure out what needs to be assessed and then send you a certification proposal.
• Submit Due
After submitting the dues, certification process will start.
Gap Analysis
After you agree with the proposal, QCRA GLOBAL Assessor will schedule your assessments. These assessments include one visits, making up the Gape Analysis. Please remember, your management system must have been running for at least three months and been reviewed and audited internally before this.
Stage 1
In the first assessment, your assessor will:
- Check if the information you provided in your application is correct.
- Make sure your management system meets the standard’s requirements.
- See if your management system is in place and working.
- Define what your certification covers.
- Check if you’re following the laws and rules.
The results of the first assessment will include:
- A report highlighting any issues (Areas of Concern) that need attention. If left unresolved, they could become problems in the second assessment.
- A plan for the second assessment visit.
- Scheduling the date for the second assessment.
Stage 2
The goal of this assessment is to make sure your management system is following the chosen standard in the real world. If you have multiple places or do work on-site, the assessor will also check those locations or activities.
In the second assessment, your assessor will:
- Write down proof that your system meets the standard, based on facts.
- Check a sample of your processes and activities listed in your certification scope.
- Visit other locations or activities to see if your management system works well there too.
- Tell you about any problems or ways to make things better.
- Make a plan for future checks and agree on a date for the first yearly visit.
If the assessor finds major non-conformance, you can’t get certified until you fix them and they check it’s done right. The rules say if you don’t fix these issues within 6 months, you might need another assessment before you can get certified.
